Détendez-vous pres du bois de Vincennes. Une vue magnifique inonde notre appartement. Le métro est à 7 mn à pied, des bus à l angle de la rue vous emmèneront rapidement dans Paris. Nous aimons l art, notre décoration en témoigne. Il n est donc pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. Il est idéal pour 2 adultes . Mais vous pouvez y loger à 4 personnes. La cuisine est très bien aménagée avec vue sur les beaux arbres du square. Une chambre avec bibliothèque, l'autre avec canapé lit.

Cosy and peaceful nest next to the Bois de Vincennes

Our little nest is very peaceful: 50 m² with a balcony overlooking a tree-lined courtyard – no car noise, and lots of birdsong! It is bathed in natural light thanks to two large windows, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are highly functional: household appliances, bathtub, washing machine, etc. Most importantly: it is just a few metres from the metro and a 3-minute walk from the Bois de Vincennes!

A Parisian Architect’s Haven

As an architect, I designed this 26 m² space to be a vibrant personal haven: a combination of early 20th-century exposed wood, polished concrete and marble. Ultra-optimised space: a glass partition for sleeping at night and a bespoke fold-down table for working or dining. Between Coulée Verte and Bois de Vincennes, a stone's throw from the AccorHotels Arena. A stylish and bright haven of peace in the heart of the 12th arrondissement.
