Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lac d'Esparron

Basile is a very friendly and very attentive host and communicates very quickly! The house in a very quiet location with great views of the forested hills of beautiful Provence is simple but beautiful and stylishly furnished and offers everything you need. As a guitarist (or not), all the wonderful Basile guitars make you feel at home anyway! And even on cooler October days, the beautiful wood-burning stove quickly gives you enough warmth. The access of about 5 minutes from Montferrat offers some action, which we found cool, but goes well, maybe not with a lowered Ferrari :-). Montferrat also has a fine bakery and a small grocery store that offers the essentials, and there is also a restaurant. Hiking and/or biking, trips to the sea, sightseeing are easily accessible in max. 1.5 hours. Thank you Basile for everything! If possible, we will be happy to come back!

small house just at the entrance of the village on 3 levels. parking 50 meters away , very quiet , small shops in the village square 100 meters away . small terrace overlooking the Jabron Valley.

Pascal is the ideal host:full of resources, ideas and a great culture of his Verdon region. His advice was relevant. The house was very cool despite the outdoor summer heat. The tricentennial lime tree in front of the front porch was appreciated and great for protecting yourself from the heat.

Beautifully located house, perfect for relaxing, yet centrally located to discover the VAR. Cozily furnished with all the necessary comfort, fully equipped and very clean. Enjoy a blissful vacation. We will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay at Genevieve's which was very welcoming. The accommodation is impeccable: comfortable bedding, everything is there for a peaceful and refreshing stay. The plus: the fireplace for winter evenings! Location away from the hustle and bustle-that's what we were looking for!

Beautiful house! We stayed a week with our friends. The kids played great thanks to the spacious spaces. The house is equipped with everything and the owners were very nice and attentive.

Location is superb, host is communicative and kind, the housekeeper is very sweet and it was so nice to have her to not only freshen up the place daily, but even babysat our 5 year old a few times so that we could explore the many restaurants and shops Aix has to offer. The sauna is hot! The bathtub in the master is huge! And the flat is very spacious. Would love to stay again if I come back to Aix! Thanks you David and Anne Claire!

Nicolas has a charming top floor apartment in a beautiful old city mansion. It’s bathed with sunlight and tastefully decorated with an artistic flair. The location is perfect for exploring all that Aix-en-Provence has to offer.

Had an amazing stay here while there was a changeover of accommodation with work. Amazing location and brilliant apartment. It is on the very top floor so isn’t suitable for anyone that may have difficulty with that. Would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Nicolas!

The apartment is 10 minutes away from Quinson by car. The place is cozy, calm, and we felt at home. There is a little patio where you can have lunch, but it was a bit too cold when we were there to really enjoy it. Quinson is a small village but you will find a small supermarket that has much of what you’d be looking for. Location wise, you’re not far from the main cities around the Lake of Sainte Croix. Roughly a 30/40min drive from Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Sainte Croix, Baudinard etc. Laurence was very helpful and nice, thank you !

We had a pleasant stay in Aiguines and enjoyed the magnificent hikes and landscapes nearby. The accommodation is well located, spacious and quite functional. Jean-Marc is friendly and gave us very good advice on the different places to visit nearby. To be done again!

loved the apartment. very cozy clean. I was on business so I did not spend much time at the apartment even though I wish I had more time to spend at her apartment. definitely if I'm back in I will try and stay there again. very much recommended.

Beautiful studio in a lovely little village. Helena was very kind and gave us some fantastic nearby recommendations. A swim in the nearby river is a must!

It was a pleasant stay. The location is peaceful and in a lovely area, however, the closest village is a too far to walk (eg to walk to a bakery in the morning) so you should be prepared to use the car a lot as there is hardly any public transportation. It is great for hikes, though, just take any of the country roads into the vineyards, lavender fields or the famous ochre- colored hills. The house is great - spacious, homey and the views from the 2nd floor bedrooms are stunning. The garden is a pleasure to lie in and read or just walk around or play a round of petanque.

The accommodation matched the description exactly. A very warm house with furniture and decoration. Very nice place despite being in November. Overall we had a nice stay.

We had a great stay with friends. Nadia is a very kind, accommodating and discreet host. The place is much more beautiful than in the photos, the house prettier, the place huge pool not to mention the beautiful outside, which you can't see the end of it! The views are beautiful. Very relaxing setting, I recommend this haven!

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. Denitsa was so responsive and the property was just as described. The kids particularly loved the outdoor basket ball hoop and table tennis. I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock!

We had a fabulous stay at Juliette’s place with two families. The kids loved the backyard and the pool (which is fenced!!) and we loved watching them play whilst having a glass of wine and cheese board. There is lots of room and it is a family Friendly place with plenty of kitchen supplies you need to feel at home. Just a note that the beds are quite small and short so check the dimensions to make sure it’ll suit you. The town nearby is great and we loved traveling to neighboring villages. Juliette was a fabulous host and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Everything went very well, Adrien was available from the beginning to answer our questions and very accommodating (thank you very much). The place allowed my whole family to stay and they all loved the place. There is a bedroom in DRC + an independent studio for older people or to be a more secluded couple. The outside is very well maintained and the pool is superb, even in October a person took a dip! We had a great time and are holding the address if we were to get together again.
