Enjoy a southwest-facing exposure with no neighbours opposite, with a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the mountains, located at the entrance to the resort just a 10-minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes with the free shuttle (in winter) at the foot of the building. We do not charge a cleaning fee but ask tenants to return the studio clean!

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

You'll just have to go down to the residence, put on your skis and enjoy the lifts. The location is ideal for people wishing to have direct access without taking any transport. You will be staying in the Christiania residence with elevator access. We offer direct access to the basement to access the ski room.
