Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Ideally located in the middle of a 10 hectare wooded park, this fully renovated and air-conditioned barn can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. It is the perfect place for anyone who wants to go green, rest by the pool, play tennis, basketball, pétanque, entertain yourself with billiards, pinball, foosball (for a fee) or go to discover the tourist sites of Quercy and Périgord, all of which are less than an hour's drive away. All shops less than 6 km away.
