This 40 m2 studio is on the 2nd floor of our detached house with independent entrance and small terrace at the bottom of the access staircase

C'est un charmant logement classé 3 étoiles . Il est à moins de 10mn de l'autoroute A36 sortie péage Fontaine et 5mn de la D483. Très au calme en lisière des champs il se situe à environ 20mn de Belfort, 30mn de Montbéliard ,40mn de Mulhouse , 1h de Colmar , à 45mn du ballon d Alsace et Grand ballon. Idéalement situé pour visiter les célèbres marchés de Noël de Montbéliard et Colmar. Vous pourrez faire du ski ou chausser vos raquettes au Markstein à 1h de route.

Small nest in the countryside, back to basics!

Small chalet near Grand Ballon Alsace, a stream passes through the land. Lost in the forest without really being there!Access by a paved road up to 50 meters from the chalet. Simple and functional chalet. No internet or air conditioning. You can see squirrels on the roof, insects and spider webs too!!You can also experience nocturnal animals depending on the season. Dormice like our chalet unfortunately, but that's also real life in the middle of the forest😉.
