We welcome you to this 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the entrance to the Noble Valley, on the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from the most beautiful Christmas markets, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 40 minutes from Basel-Mulhouse airport and about 1 hour from Europa-Park! Shops are a 5-minute drive from the property (supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc.)

Très au calme en lisière des champs il se situe à environ 20mn de Belfort, 30mn de Montbéliard ,40mn de Mulhouse , 1h de Colmar , à 45mn du ballon d Alsace et Grand ballon. Idéalement situé pour visiter les célèbres marchés de Noël de Montbéliard et Colmar. Vous pourrez faire du ski ou chausser vos raquettes au Markstein à 1h de route.
