This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Whilst remaining peaceful and secluded, it's close to historic villages, markets, swimming lakes, excellent restaurants and a just few minutes drive from a nearby water park. Quietly beautiful, it's relaxed, rural France without feeling remote.

Fisherman's House & Nordic Bath Under the Stars

🌿 A true haven of peace, the Maison du Pêcheur is located on the edge of a private pond just for you. Nestled in 3 hectares of forest, enjoy the calm of the place, to the sound of frogs and mallards. A boat is available for you to take out for a trip, or you can go for a walk or a mountain bike ride. Wood-fired Nordic bath at 38°C for relaxing under the stars. Here, time passes differently in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Bed made on arrival. 🥐 Optional breakfast: €11 per person.

The house is fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, wine cellar, dishwasher) Some points are important, note that the terrace is 70 cm from the ground without a guardrail and the stairs are old and damaged to go up to the 2 bedrooms upstairs

On site: table tennis, trampoline, petanque, darts, table football. The swimming pool is only open in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 13 x 6 m, open from 12 pm to 7 pm
