Thailand - for those who need peace and quiet.

The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place just outside Mae Phim with its own large pool and plenty of space. Charming pool villa perfect for families! Two bedrooms and bathroom in the main building and bedroom with bathroom in the pool house. Large terrace under roof and private pool. Fenced plot with gate. Quiet area with houses and apartments – mostly Swedish owners. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants and service. Saleng and scooter can be rented for a fee on site. Electricity and water apply.

A fantastic holiday home that has everything. Private pool, proximity to the beach, guarded area, three houses that allow a larger group to feel secluded. Large patio with bar. Pool that has jakutsi comfortable temperature. The area is located at the genuine Thailand where you can lie on the beach all day without being disturbed by vendors. Closest smaller town is Ban Phe 5 km. From there you go by boat to Kha Samet.
