Completely refurbished, it will seduce you with its charm and location; where on site you will find many restaurants, bakeries, bars, ice cream... As a couple, with family or friends, everything is designed so you can have a pleasant stay in Ardèche. Some suggestions for activities to do during your stay: Canyoning in the Besorgues Valley, canoeing-kayaking in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, bike ride, Via Ferrata... Discover the Chauvet Cave, the village of Balazuc, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, the famous Ardèche Gorges and much more. Relaxation: Vals-les-Bains and its thermal baths. Many swimming spots are also to be discovered. Entertainment: Provencal market every Saturday morning. Airette parking is about 100 m away, under video surveillance and totally free. 38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
