Quietly located on the edge of the forest, our eco-friendly cottage is 10 minutes from the Chassezac River, 15 minutes from Les Vans and 25 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. The Nordic bath is optional, on the private terrace of the cottage, to be managed independently. Price: 65 euros per stay (wood heating included) Shops and markets are a 5-minute walk away. Hiking trail starts from the cottage and 2 minutes from the greenway for bike rides. Things to do nearby: Canoeing kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking...

This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

New and bright cottage in the heart of southern Ardèche

The "Gîtes du Testal" opened in summer 2021 in a beautiful medieval town: Lagorce. The location is very nice because it is at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions... and yet away from the crowds. This nice accommodation is comfortable, clean, heated/air-conditioned with very good amenities. Linen rental at affordable rates. Beautiful view in the distance from the terrace. Kick back and relax in this calm, bright and stylish space!

The garden area features neatly trimmed cypress trees and blooming flower beds, accompanied by soothing lavender plants. A rustic stone pathway leads towards the family house, with the Mediterranean sky providing a bright and welcoming backdrop to the serene surroundings.

2 steps from the village center, I offer you an independent studio fully equipped to enjoy a stay in our beautiful Ardèche. You can walk to all the shops in the village (supermarket, restaurants, canoe rentals) and all the services (bank, post office, tourist office, pharmacy...) If you like hiking, I would be happy to advise you on the surrounding trails, departures are on foot from the studio. Village parking nearby.
