Beach House by the sea

The beach house is situated a few feet away from the sea so perfect if you want to roll out of bed for that early morning swim! It is only a 1 min walk into town and a 5 min walk to the main beach yet is in a peaceful and quiet part of town. It is a quaint terraced house with a rustic beach house charm, with outstanding views of the sea from the top terrace. There is only 1 house between our house and the sea, but no road, just a cobbled path opening out to enjoy the full views of the sea.

The accommodation is inserted in a 9 ha property between the municipalities of Portimão and Lagos, 7 km from the beach. It is a construction that is more than 100 years old, once used as a farmhouse, vacaria and barns house. It was later restored and transformed into the owner's dwelling house,which chose to maintain the simplicity and rusticity of the original moth. The surrounding space conveys tranquility;it's calm,relaxing, ideal for an invigorating holiday in contact with nature.

Vintage Static Caravan for Nature Lovers

The Vintage Static Caravan for Nature Lovers is located in the beautiful Algarve countryside in a 3.8 hectares property, surrounded by nature and hills, 15 minutes driving from amazing beaches and 10 minutes walking to a typical Algarvian village. It is a 40 square meters static caravan with a nice double bedroom and a small single bedroom for kids (1,70m bed). It can host up to 5 people thanks to a double sofa bed placed in the living room.

I turned the house and cottage in a high quality property, although still retaining its charm. The cottage is situated on the side of the main house.
