Monthly Rentals in Lagoudi Zia

I had the most extraordinary time here in Zia with Olli and Eva. There have combined so much generosity of spirit. They were kind and friendly people. What blew me away was the cappuccino every morning brought to my teepee. The balance between being good hosts and having your own privacy was perfect. A great getaway on top of a mountain in a teepee under a walnut tree. What more could one want. There is even a plunge pool to cool off and an adequate kitchen which is fully equipped. So I would like to thank you both for a wonderful stay. I will be back I am sure with my significant other in the not so distant future. Stephen

Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Dimitris’s place. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the property and very close to Zia.
