A private garden but also the castle park are at your disposal (games for children, bowling alley, green space... etc.) The house on two levels has, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a toilet, upstairs 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. We are half an hour from Toulouse which will allow you to visit the Pink City while enjoying the calm of the countryside. In Le Burgaud there is an "Animaparc" amusement park.

Enclosed outdoor space of about 60 m2, not overlooked. We rent the ground floor (80 m2). The unfurnished floor remains unoccupied and private.
