Independent studio located above our home in a quiet area in the countryside. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the entrance to the legendary Circuit de Le Mans. We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

And finally on the 2nd floor a suite offering 1 king size double bed as well as a pull-out bed and its bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
