When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. The fireplace can be used on cold winter evenings. There are free-roaming animals on the property, including five cats, a cute little dog, two donkeys, chickens and a lonely turkey
