The apartment is on the first floor and has direct access to the garden with terrace + lake/mountain view It is a 3-minute walk to the lake shore. FREE PARKING is available right next to the house. Fantastic location, panoramic view of the mountains and lake, direct access to the garden, very quiet yet centrally located. The driveway is narrow and steep, not paved. There are parking spaces next to the house. Not suitable for VANs. Only possible on request. Turning the vehicle is difficult. The property is very suitable for 2 - 3 people or families with 2 children. With 4 people and the two beds in the living room, it gets cramped. Parking is not guaranteed for VAN.

Wonderful studio near lake and mountains. Very quiet surrounding, very pure an clear drinking water from the tap. (Water comes directly from the mountains) In Summer: To take a bath or to go swimming in the lake is possible and fantastic! In Spring and Autumn: Wonderful for hiking or cycling. In Winter: Best for skiing, sledging or hiking in the snow. 3 of the nicest Winter destinations in Switzerland are only between 20 and 30 Kilometers away from the studio!
