Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a 50.00 flat fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service.
