Super responsive and friendly host. Beautiful home.

Great house for a long weekend stay. The pups enjoyed the fenced in yard and it was a short walk to the football stadium. Close to the square and many good restaurants. Neighbors were very friendly and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the large dining room table for many meals and the living room was great to watch a couple games on tv and relax with family. It was also great to pull into the garage each night. Thank you - we look forward to staying again!

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.
