Welcome to the bird's perch. Listen and look for the resident owl and other birds that frequent the forest just outside your livingroom. This studio was built as an addition to a mid-century modern 1951 house and every detail has been thought of by your co-host, Eloisa, who specializes in residential design with an emphasis on ADA integration. Within one mile you have access to the Burke-Gilman trail, the town center and Lake Washington.

“Very clean and well-furnished studio-like space in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. All amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, but note that food and drink preparation would be limited to the use of a microwave, electric teakettle, and refrigerator (no stove or sink). For meals, you would want to go to the nearby Lake Forest Park town center, or farther afield. Otherwise, everything you need!”
