Beautiful large Beach Front House

Enjoy waking up from any bedroom with a view of the ocean. Have your coffee on the balcony of your bedroom or downstairs in a large den full of Windows with ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. Downstairs has a wall of windows that also has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. The house is located in an upscale subdivision in Crystal beach. In Crystal beach you can rent golf carts to drive on the beach which is why I chose Crystal beach instead of Galveston.

Spacious, modern, simple decor. Use of all 3 bedrooms,(queen bed in primary, and full bed in the the 2nd,(3rd is an office with a desk). 2 Full bathrooms ( 1tub/1shower) in a quiet neighborhood. Large drive with parking (allows for a boat/RV). No garage access. 5 Miles to IAH, family activities; great restaurants. Costco, Kroger, Dollar General. Blocks to US 59, NE Med Cen/Kingwood Med Cen. Quick Uber,Door Dash close to the airport. Great for couples, singles, travelers, and small famiies.

Corazon Del Mar: A Beach House That Has Everything

Corazon Del Mar sits about 800 feet from the beach. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.

Waterfront, huge back porch, gas grill. Boat slip & lift & tie down cleats right at the house. The fully stocked kitchen has built-in icemaker and wine cooler. Master downstairs has queen bed & master bath. Living area has half bath, dining table, seating area, 62" tv, and gorgeous views of the lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- all with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a bonus room with queen Murphy Bed and daybed with a trundle. 50 " tv in bedrooms. Big yard. No large parties/events permitted.

This beautiful Greek Revival style home is located 3 blocks from the beach and close to the Strand. The story of the house is told in a brief documentary on YouTube entitled “The Amazing History of Galveston's 1847 Powhatan House.”
