The condo is located on the 1st floor of a classical building built in 1930's. A very pleasant kitchen-dining room is furnished with taste and it is perfect for a relaxing dinner after having explored Houston. The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.

All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates.
