So, is there a feature you absolutely want to have in your home? ~ DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL HEATING ~ ~3.5 km (10 min) from the highway exit, 1.5 km (5 min) from the center. ~ Underfloor heating in my house. All kitchen equipment and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, charcoal, etc. are provided to you. The closest bungalow to my house is 50m away (not one of the houses at the bottom)

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.
