It's a great getaway for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The wooden structure is surrounded by views of the lake and nature. So is there a feature you definitely want to have in my home? ~ 3.5 km (10 minutes) from the highway exit and 1.5 km (5 minutes )from the center. ~ All kitchen equipment and tea,coffee,sugar,salt,oil,charcoal, etc. are available to you. ~ The bungalow closest to my house is 50m away (it is not dipdibe houses) ~Pool heating will be switched off on 15 June

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
