Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.

Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the woods! Have you ever used a hot tub in the snow? You should try it! Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road.
