The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.Rent the only home on Lake Martin that includes a Private Island! A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Your family vacation search ends here at this cozy cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the things you need for a home away from home comfort. The water is just a few steps from the screened porch. You also have use of the PWC ports and the dock for your boat, fishing, and swimming. Fire pit perfect for s’mores all year! Hungry? Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

Peaceful Pines is a quaint cottage with a spacious lakeside yard and dock in which to tie off your boat or pwc. Boat launches closeby. Located in Kowaliga Bay Estates neighborhood and is conveniently located between Kowaliga Marina and Anchor Bay marina. 35-40 minutes to Auburn. Perfect place for enjoying the lake, game day or for fishing enthusiasts. Home is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, and propane grill on the patio. Make s’mores or relax by the newly built lakeside firepit area.

Creekside Cottage-kayaks/fire pit/pet friendly

Creekside Cottage is a waterfront retreat tucked away on a quiet and peaceful area of Lake Martin. Relax on the shady back porch & watch the herons fly by or fish jump out of the water. Or during summer months, park your boat at the dock and head out for a day of adventure. Creekside Cottage has the best of both worlds! Enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer including kayaks, grill, fire pit, fishing & dock! Can be rented with 2 tiny cabins & a cottage next door to sleep up to 24!

The Nest

The Nest is a great newly renovated home on Lake Martin. This home can be rented alone or if rented with its sister property "Heron House", these two homes can accommodate up to 18 people! The Nest offers easy access to the lake with its own pier and seating. There is also plenty of room for dining inside or outside near the firepit. 3 levels of sleeping arrangements offers more privacy for your group. Two queens on lower level, a king on upper, and the loft has two double beds.

You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

This little cabin was a labor of love for our family. It’s a mix of new remodel and old cabin authenticity. It’s a coat of many colors and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. We have plans to continue the vision and make more space, but for now, we’re ready to share our accomplishment with you.
