Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Maxinkuckee

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It can sometimes be hard to feel cozy in a rental, but the furniture here was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The riverside location was a dream. We set up chairs by the fence and spent a lot of time just relaxing and watching the incredible variety of waterfowl. The place was spotless, and the huge cozy bathtub was such a treat. I was so excited to use it that I even bought bath fizzies, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was restful and exactly what we needed. Rebecca was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated. Her hospitality, combined with such a fantastic property, made our stay perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a beautiful, peaceful stay at Karissa’s cabin. Lots of natural lighting, spacious unit, and lovely amenities like WiFi, jacuzzi, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. There are a lot of nearby stores for any last minute groceries or shopping. The views were absolutely stunning. I would recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again but in the warmer season to explore that trails here! Thank you for having us at your cabin! We had such a nice, relaxing stay.

Nice place, cool old building right on the river. Bed was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly hosts. Would definitely come back when I pass through town again.

We had such a great stay! Kerry was the best host -- super helpful and communicative. definitely a great place to stay in Culver with a family or group of friends!

Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. Only issue was that I couldn’t find any garbage bags, so I couldn’t empty the garbages like I would have liked to. Beautiful tiny home and perfect location across the park with close access to forest trails.

Our mini vacation here was awesome. Having the water right there was so nice and the hosts had anything you would need. I would definitely stay here again. They were so nice and accommodating.

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My wife, my mother and I were in town for a family wedding. The place was spotless and in close proximity to everything we needed (including the wedding). Very convenient and comfortable. Good information provided on local restaurants, stores and sights of interest. Free welcome snacks was a nice touch. Madison was very responsive - especially after I accidentally locked us out at one point. Highly recommend. A great place and a great value!

Jennifer was super responsive and easy to deal with! The unit was just as described and the location was top notch - easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby! The view of the lake was great. Also, very easy and non-hassle check in and check out! Would definitely stay here again!

Tanner’s place was beautiful! Few steps away from the lake. Loved the view as the sun was setting. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place. Will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.
