Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access (not view) with kayaks available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and fishing in our stocked lake. Firepit available, wood not provided.

Homely atmosphere to stay and enjoy beautiful Seattle. No smoking of any kind, no drugs, no alcohol and no pets allowed. I am always around to help my guests to make their stay more happy.
