This building is like a fully independent two-family house. This is a small 1LDK house that is perfect for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is a 1LDK, and we recommend it for up to 2 people, but if you don't mind being a little cramped, you can have 2 beds and 1 futon in the living room, and accommodate up to 3 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night

In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.
