In the summer sit outside to drink coffee, wine, eat or read. Note, no full kitchen. Neighborhood parking. 3 blocks from public transit. It makes for a lovely stay.

The Penthouse Suite is just 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have specifically designed this entire top floor penthouse suite with Airbnb guests in mind with Air Conditioning, keypad suite access, double pane windows and parking.
