Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.
