The cottage is hidden from sights, located nearby the wonderful Ninglinspo in the Amblève Valley, ensuring many hiking trails nearby and a wonderful environment in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes!

Located near the restaurant "Le Chalet suisse" in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3 km), the Roulotte will be the ideal starting point for magnificent walks, relaxation at the Thermal Baths (2 km), a round of golf (500 m) or a visit to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.
