Set over a detached garage on a private estate on Yarrow Point in Bellevue, our 700 square foot carriage house has a private entrance and parking with peak-a-boo views of Lake Washington and a beautiful garden. Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Less than 2 miles from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers, you are minutes from world class dining, shopping, entertainment, boating, hiking, skiing, and golfing. The carriage house is dedicated to hospitality: it is clean, spacious, and filled with the essentials. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef to cook and if cooking is not your passion there are many amazing restaurants that are just a couple of miles away. We live in the main house and will be happy to answer questions and to help make your visit perfect. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Take the Ocean Kayak or Standup paddle boards out—or bring your own boat to putt around Lake Washington or Puget Sound. Access to St. Edwards State Park for hikes.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Numerous skylights/windows make the space airy and bright throughout. Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.
