Only 2 1/2 miles from the front door to the sand dunes! And... it is legal to drive your ATV's on the designated road, no need to load them up. Tenmile lake is within walking distance from the house. “Up The Creek” tavern has food and a full-service bar, “The Lakeshore Lodge” has dining and a full-service bar, the “Dunes Riders” cafe has food, beer, and wine, they are all within walking distance. 15 minutes south will take you to North Bend/ Coos Bay or go north ten minutes to Winchester Bay.

This home is right in the middle of everything to do on the coast. Whether it's fishing the Umpqua river or the ocean, riding the dunes or shopping old town Florence. It's all 10- 30 minutes away. Go for a sunset walk on the beach! There is a nice little coffee shop close and some very good restaurants close by. There is free parking on the premises and on the street. Our driveway is 38' L x 20' W. If you are a boater, we have towels in the garage to wipe your boat off.

Spend your days adventure seeking and return to the home to spend your evenings playing games with the family. We have arcade machines, a shuffleboard table, and board games galore to entertain the family.
