Edith was an amazing host….highly responsive…when we arrived there was water leaking from the lights over the counter from upstairs ..responded quickly on how to turn the water off as well as arrived quickly to inspect and clean up/repair. She also quickly informed other tenants we were there to ensure outside gate was left open for us. Apartment well equipped including kitchen. Location was amazing with beautiful views and easy to access local restaurants, ramparts and shops via walking . Easy bus access to train station. Our friends who live in St Malo and Vienne were very impressed. Great collection of guides to Bretagne as well as history . We would definitely return on our next trip to St Malo.

We stayed at Fabrice's apartment which is a little gem. The decor is great. The apartment is very well-equipped and functional and the perfect location. We highly recommend this rental. All this done on foot and parking is very easy. I would definitely stay in the area again if I stay in the area again. For me it is an “exceptional” mention for this accommodation. Thank you Fabrice

The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its courtyard behind is very convenient to park the car (narrow alley before!)

Virginia's place is as described in the listing. At first we were sad to have to pay such an amount for cleaning and not for an extra night in Saint Malo but really it's worth it. Not having to clean on such a short stay saved us time to enjoy the really peaceful and green environment nearby. Thanks to Virginia who is responsive and was able to adapt to our late check-in schedule following traffic and a last-minute unexpected event related to my partner's work. We'll be there again.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, very bright with magnificent views, great calm, close proximity to the beach, all intramural, garage in the building, ideal for a family stay. Great stay in Dinard ✨ the apartment is exceptional, we loved showering while looking at the sea 🌊 the location is ideal for visiting Dinard.

We had a great time at Frédérick's place. Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the kindness of our host. Everything was provided, even the "Toutou Bar". We'll be back without hesitating.

Nice functional apartment, clean and very well equipped . The house overlooks the parking lot of the Leclerc supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping but do not expect to make the morning because delivery trucks pass under the windows from 7am.

Elisabeth was very responsive to my questions. The apartment is perfectly in line with the photos and description. It is quiet and spacious, with a large sunny terrace. It is decorated with charm. It is perfectly equipped and it is very functional. It is very well located, right next to the market, the city center and the beach, but secluded enough not to be inconvenienced by these activities.

We had a great time at Jean Charles's, very nice apartment, quiet place, easy to access. Jean Charles was very welcoming and available. The apartment is very well-equipped, maintained with modern decor. We highly recommend it and would love to go back for a future stay. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Aurélien's beautiful apartment, nothing is missing. The view is superb, and we were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus with the Easter sun! Aurélien is very friendly and pleasant, we will be happy to come back for other walks nearby.

We had a lovely stay with André, a very friendly host. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean with a very nice terrace. Conveniently located to tour Treguier and its surroundings. I recommend it without a problem!

We had a great time in this apartment with very neat decoration,( the dishes are very beautiful🤩) and we were very sensitive to it. Besides, We found that the photos do not show thanks to the apartment, it is very clear and located in front of the Rance, no vis-à-vis! We wake up with bird chirping! Perfectly clean accommodation, check-in from 3pm is perfect to enjoy the lit veranda and/or be able to prepare your small surprise decor if needed🥰. In the evening it's even nicer and nicer. It's very well arranged and decorated. Very quiet. Small Bluetooth speaker, candles and shower products are also available. Host is responsive and gives all the necessary information for the stay. Enjoy your stay. Clean, well-equipped apartment and located close to all amenities. Several hiking trails are within easy walking distance. No difficulty in parking nearby. We were able to enjoy one night in Raphael's place. A host who has been responsive and present from the reservation to checkout. The accommodation is clean, inviting, treats are offered. The nice thing is that check-in and checkout are self-contained, it keeps a little private. The accommodation is well located, it has shops nearby, a beautiful view. Very honestly, the noise from the city is not disturbing. Zero regrets!
