Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Many sites (Lake Lavaré, Lake Ferté, Arche de la Nature, city center and cathedral of Le Mans, 24 Hours circuit) await your visit. The barn has all the comforts you need. You are independent in this accommodation, which has a garden and a terrace.
