It is built in the typical style of spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2000. The comfortable and modern apartment is located in the house. In the immediate vicinity there are bistros, restaurants and cafes. You can also buy your breakfast rolls fresh in the morning. If available, you can also use our bicycles for free - you can arrange this directly via house phone with our caretakers Mr. Meyer and Mrs. Leuschner.This apartment for 4 pers. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Haus Charlotte is located directly in the traffic-calmed main street (Spielstraße) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz ends with the pier, at the other end in extension with the Schmacht See. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the coastal corner, brimming with typical oatmeal souvenirs. Many shops line the main street.
