The cottage is built with oak wood from the land & loam of the Meuse nearby. The construction was made with a so called pen hole connections & the walls are filled with loam & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed you have an amazing view over the country. Maybe you'll see a deer!

The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard. If you want to fish or sunbathe directly on the water, you can use the large floor that protrudes over the mesh. The house is fully equipped and child friendly. A very unique sought-after location!
