The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. It includes a bathroom, toilet, kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You can drive to Goslar in 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house, which attracts hikers. You can have fun here in both summer and winter.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. We are a friendly family and rent our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! The local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

The River Lodge (10% discount starting from one week)

We rent a house renovated in June 2018 with about 90 m² of living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.

The apartment is located in an old forester's house, "das Krafthaus", which was built in 1902. It can accommodate 4 to 8 people (please read the description). The powerhouse is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
