Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City centre 15 minutes' walk. Private access to the backyard.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
