The front courtyard faces south. You can easily access the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches in 10 to 15 minutes, and Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne in 15 to 20 minutes. You can also quickly access the Gr34 and discover the banks of the Rance.

Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
