Located in a charming village, this 34 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located in the center of the village, in a stone house and 900 meters from the Rance (the floor is not yet furnished). The front courtyard faces south. You can easily access the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches in 10 to 15 minutes, and Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne in 15 to 20 minutes.
