Located in a charming village, this 34 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located in the center of the village, in a stone house and 900 meters from the Rance (the floor is not yet furnished). The front courtyard faces south. You can easily access the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches in 10 to 15 minutes, and Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne in 15 to 20 minutes. You can also quickly access the Gr34 and discover the banks of the Rance.

Very close from the path of the Douaniers, you will walk between Cap Frehel & Fort Lalatte Castle.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
