Daniel is a very welcoming and very considerate host, always responsive and quick to respond. The house met our expectations, plus the nearby shops made our stay extremely smooth. House ideally located, facing the sea, 50 m from the beach, close to the shops of Saint Enogat and with the possibility of moving around easily on foot in the center of Dinard by the seaside or inland. Large house with rooms overlooking the sea. Very welcoming host. Very pleasant stay, even in winter.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

Superb place to have a good time with friends and children (10 adults and 7 children). Beautiful family home with an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere :) The large dining room/open-plan kitchen, the large living room, the large dormitory/playroom for children, offered us unforgettable moments. The kids loved the stay. Thanks to Melanie and her parents for their welcome and hospitality, they were very available and friendly.

We had a very warm welcome! Laurent took the time to show us around and explain how the home works. This one was exactly as advertised. It offered all the comforts you needed. My family had a pleasant stay (and slept very well) I would highly recommend it!

Great weekend in this beautiful apartment in a great location with a beautiful environment and view. Everything was impeccable, we slept well there. Beautiful beaches nearby. A good exchange with Julien also and thank you for accepting our two small dogs and for the small touches at the reception.
