Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Ideally located in the Côtes d'Armor halfway between the Pink Granite Coast and the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy Cap Fréhel and 25 minutes from the Paimpol coast and the island of Bréhat. You’ll find: • a kitchen equipped with essentials; • a bathroom; • a mezzanine offering a bed for 2 people. Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase, not recommended for people with limited mobility; • an adjoining terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7 km, Etables 5 km) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)
