Sointula is a two-storey winterized cottage with a beautiful lake view from the upper floor and terrace. The cottage has its own gentle beach with a hard gravel bottom. You can also swim from the dock. There is a rowing boat and life jackets. Many of the guests are enthusiastic about fishing because they have had a good catch.

The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.
