This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.

Ibizan style next to Grifeu beach, partial sea views and beautiful mountain views, with fantastic coves a five-minute walk from the house, in a privileged environment, next to the incomparable "Camí de Ronda" that borders the Costa Brava, in a unique landscape where the Pyrenees enter the sea and you can practice all kinds of water sports in its crystal clear waters, in the quiet urbanization of Grifeu, 1 km from Port de Llançà.

The accommodation is situated in an old stone house in the heart of a Catalan village; near restaurants (6), beach (10 min drive), hiking (from the village). The Studio opens on a closed and shaded courtyard (it overlooks a pleasant garden). The apartment by its troglodyte form is naturally cool in summer.
