It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is espaliered. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. The property is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

A spacious terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge seating and a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals. Two sun loungers invite relaxation under a shaded area. Views of nearby rustic buildings and greenery are visible in the background.

Calm, serenity and nature.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

Close to the center of the village of Laroque des Albères, and restaurants and shops, come and have a pleasant stay in this independent apartment just 15 minutes from the beaches.
