It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is espaliered. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. The property is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Laroque-des-Albères´ great location makes it possible to go hiking in the mountains and have a swim in the Mediterranean in the same day. The small village offers all you need locally, with a bakery, butcher, grocery store, 7 nice restaurants, a lovely wine bar and even a pharmacy!

Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are a 10-minute walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
