Nice newly built 110 square meter duplex, very spacious and bright, located in one of the quietest areas of Caleta de Famara, between the beaches of San Juan and Famara and 50 meters from the sea line. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a very cozy patio, as well as a laundry room.

As a garden house, nestled between palm trees and fig trees, the "Little Paradise" is a real hideaway for lovers (adults only). Through the large panoramic windows, you are completely surrounded by nature and yet alone. Even from the bathroom you can step into a separate garden and through the skylights the stars shine at night.
