It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

The studio is part of a complex of autonomous and airy apartments. It is a quiet place, with a large garden and balconies overlooking the sea. It is located in the most touristic area of the island, just 3 km from the capital, Argostoli and just 500 m from the two most beautiful beaches of the area. In 150 m from the property there are restaurants, supermarkets, bars and car rental agencies. At 100 m is the cave of Agios Gerasimos, patron saint of the island.
