Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

We are just inaugurating our beautiful and newly renovated apartment. In the heart of Santiago Centro, our place has thoughtful design touches for our guests' comfort. The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is in a safe and very central location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Lastarria neighborhood. Very bright. Independent living room with a very comfortable sofa. Ideal terrace to enjoy the sunsets. Room with bed 2 squares, high-end mattress, roller curtains and 43 inch smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. You will be at home with all the comforts and air conditioning . Pool (in summer and closed on Monday).
