Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the town of Latresne, in the immediate vicinity (on foot) of its amenities and shops, 15 minutes from Saint-Jean train station. Beautifully renovated in 2019, the T2 apartment offers many amenities: oven, washing machine, coffee maker, wifi, TV (300 channels), separate toilet, patio... Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
