Build in 2022 holiday apartment, has fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed living room, en-suite bedroom and a gallery (max. gallery hight 1.7m). Our garden is still under construction but there is a direct access to fields and forests.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. The apartment is located right next to our residential building in an annex (with separate entrance and parking right in front) and was designed with a lot of love for detail. We kindly ask you to note that we only rent to non-smokers as well as animal-free. The apartment IS not accessible!
